We share personal data only with service providers who help us run WebletGPT, under contracts that require them to protect it:

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or users' safety, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply.

6. International transfers

Some of our providers store or process data outside Kenya, including in the United States and the European Union. When we transfer personal data abroad, we rely on safeguards recognised under the Data Protection Act, 2019, such as contractual protections and providers' security commitments.

All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Passwords are stored as salted hashes and connection tokens only as one-way hashes, so they can't be read even from our database. Payment notifications from PayPal are cryptographically verified. Access to production systems is limited to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you and the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner as the law requires.

9. Your rights

Under the Data Protection Act, 2019 you have the right to:

To use any of these rights, email incubatorassociation@gmail.com from the address on your account. We reply within 30 days. You can change your email preferences and disconnect GPT plugins yourself on your dashboard. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC).

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in and to protect forms against misuse. We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. PayPal may set its own cookies when you use its checkout.
